Rules & Regulations for the Sweet Dish Competition

All Sweet Dishes must be brought to the venue before 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 16, 2023, and must be set up and completed by 4:30 p.m. in the HALL.

All sweet dishes must be placed on the display table in accordance with the number provided on the spot, and participants/supporters/friends must not remain at the display table after 4:30 pm.

Check-in at the venue is from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Registration will close 5 minutes before the judging begins.Submissions must be prepared at home (not store-bought). There is a limit of one entry per participant.

All entries must be submitted as a whole (complete pie, cake, loaf, etc.) or in quantities of a half dozen or more.Participants are requested to bring their own utensils for final touch-ups as well as serving utensils for the judges (eg: Plates, Forks and Tissue paper, and other utensils required for the final ) Servings should accommodate a minimum of 6 people. CMM Arena will not provide any utensils.

The competition will be judged by two qualified judges. In the event of a tie, the judges will decide, and their decisions are final. The judges reserve the right to disqualify any entry that is in poor taste or fails to follow the competition's rules and regulations.

Entries will be evaluated based on their overall appearance, creativity, and taste. The top three winners will receive exciting prizes.

All prizes will be given out on the same day. If a participant is unable to attend, they must arrange for a representative to collect their prize.

CMM ARENA is not liable for any loss or damage to the sweet dish during the event.
