Care Instructions
- Keep furniture away from direct sunlight to prevent fading and damage to the finish. Dust furniture regularly with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove surface dust and prevent it from accumulating. Avoid using harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners on furniture, as they can damage the finish and cause discoloration.
- Use coasters, placemats, and tablecloths to protect surfaces from scratches, stains, and heat damage. Use furniture pads or felt protectors on the bottom of chairs, tables, and other furniture to prevent scratching and damage to flooring.
- Keep furniture away from moisture and humidity, as they can cause warping and damage to the wood. Periodically check and tighten bolts, screws, and other fasteners to prevent them from loosening over time.
- Lift furniture instead of dragging it across the floor when moving to avoid scratches and damage to both the furniture and the flooring. Dust the furniture regularly with a soft, lint-free cloth. Wipe the wooden surface with a clean microfiber cloth dampened in a wood-friendly cleanser.
- 5. Immediately wipe the moisture with a dry, soft, and lint-free cloth. In case of a spill, blot the stain with a clean, dry cloth gently. Do not use coarse material or rub the spot briskly. Use mats and coasters before placing any hot or cold items on the wooden surface. Ensure that the furniture does not have any exposure to moisture and water.
- 6. Protect the material from direct sunlight and heat to maintain its original quality. Keep sharp objects away from your furniture to avoid cuts and scratches. To protect your furniture from fading, avoid keeping it next to windows or other places where it can be exposed to direct sunlight.
- 7. Avoid sliding or passing items placed on your tabletop to prevent minor scratches that may damage the finish of your furniture. Avoid placing burning candles or irons on any furniture, as the heat generated from them may affect the life of your furniture in the long run. Use candle holders to avoid melting wax touching the furniture.
- 8. Using a rough rag and pressing it hard against the wood may lead to minor scratches. In case of a spill on the furniture, never try to wipe it, as it will spread the spill and damage the polish. Instead, blot the spill gently.
- 9. To protect your furniture from moisture, avoid placing it in direct contact with damp walls. We recommended wiping the moisture promptly with a dry, soft, and lint-free cloth.

- The specific range of kilometers will determine the amount of the delivery charges.
- Handling charges are calculated based on the floor number of the delivery address.
- In the absence of a service lift, our delivery partner will only deliver to the ground floor of your unit. For delivery to the customer's floor in such circumstances, additional fees per floor are applicable (upon request).
