WHAT YOU NEED TO DO?
1. Bring your passion for singing and your favorite song to perform. 🎵

Creative Painting workshop for children on 26th May 2024 from 11:00 AM onwards.

This year, we're taking creativity to a whole new level and you don't want to miss out.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO?
1. Come with an open mind and a love for painting.
2. Join us at the venue (Conference Room)
3. Let your imagination run wild under the guidance of the talented artist Vaishnavi Kamat Shankhwalkar, the founder of Artlife.
4. The workshop is specially designed for ages 8 to 14, providing a perfect opportunity for young artists to shine.

Rules & Regulations for the Sweet Dish Competition
All Sweet Dishes must be brought to the venue before 3:00 P.M. on Sunday, May 26th, 2024, and must be set up and completed by 3:30 P.M.. in the hall.
All sweet dishes must be placed on the display table per the number provided on the spot, and participants/supporters/friends must not remain at the display table after 4:30 P.M.
Check-in at the venue is from 3:00 P.M. Registration will close 5 minutes before the judging begins. Submissions must be prepared at home (not store-bought). There is a limit of one entry per participant.
All entries must be submitted as a whole (complete pie, cake, loaf, etc.) or in quantities of a half dozen or more. Participants are requested to bring their utensils for final touch-ups as well as serving utensils for the judges (eg: Plates, Forks, Tissue paper, and other utensils required for the final ) Servings should accommodate a minimum of 6 people. CMM Arena will not provide any utensils.
The competition will be judged by two qualified judges. In the event of a tie, the judges will decide, and their decisions are final. The judges reserve the right to disqualify any entry that is in poor taste or fails to follow the competition's rules and regulations.
Entries will be evaluated based on their overall appearance, creativity, and taste. The top three winners will receive exciting prizes from CMM ARENA.
All prizes will be given out on the same day. If a participant is unable to attend, they must arrange for a representative to collect their prize.
CMM ARENA is not liable for any loss or damage to the sweet dish during the event.
Rules & Regulations for the Singing Competition
**Singing Competition Rules and Regulations**
**Eligibility:** - Participants must be between 6 and 12 years old to compete. - The competition is open to solo singers only. No duets or group performances allowed.
**Registration:** - Participants must register in advance by May 22, 2024, to secure their spot in the competition. - Registration forms must be completed accurately with all required information.
**Repertoire:** - Each participant must prepare at least one song for the competition. - Songs must be in English or Hindi language. - Participants are encouraged to choose a diverse range of genres and styles to showcase their versatility.
**Performance:** - Each participant will have a maximum of 2 minutes to perform their song. - Time limits must be strictly adhered to, and exceeding the time limit may result in penalties or disqualification. - Participants must carry their own background music on a pendrive. No background music will be provided by the organizers.
**Judging Criteria:** - Vocal Quality: Clarity, pitch accuracy, tone, and control. - Interpretation: Expression, emotion, and connection with the audience. - Stage Presence: Confidence, charisma, and overall performance energy. - Song Choice: Originality, appropriateness, and suitability for the participant's voice. - Overall Impression: Impact, memorability, and professionalism.
**Judges:** - Judges will consist of a panel of music industry professionals and experienced vocalists. - Judges' decisions are final and cannot be contested.
**Scoring:** - Participants will be scored on a scale of 0-10 for each criterion. - Scores will be totaled for each participant to determine the winners.
**Prizes:** - Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 participants.
**Code of Conduct:**
Participants must conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times during the competition.
- Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate disqualification.
- Respect for fellow participants, judges, and event staff is mandatory.

- Participants may be disqualified for violation of any of the rules or regulations, as determined by the organizers or judges.
- Disqualified participants may forfeit any prizes or awards.
**Liability:** - The organizers will not be held responsible for any injuries or damages that occur during the competition. - Participants are responsible for their own belongings and safety.
**Changes to Rules:** - The organizers reserve the right to amend or update the rules and regulations at any time, with prior notice to participants.
How will Recipes be judged?
All entries must meet the requirements of the contest entered. Recipes not meeting contest entry criteria will be disqualified.
Entries will be judged in the following criteria:
Appearance (maximum 100 points)
Taste (maximum 100 points)
Creativity (maximum 100 points)
Maximum total of 300 points are possible.
