Care Instructions

• After each wash cycle, wipe down the interior of the dishwasher with a damp cloth to remove any food residue. Monthly, run a cleaning cycle with dishwasher cleaner or vinegar to remove mineral buildup and freshen the machine.
• Arrange dishes properly on the racks, ensuring good water circulation and preventing them from bumping into each other. Don't overload the dishwasher, as this can affect cleaning performance.
• Clean the dishwasher filters regularly (usually weekly) to prevent clogging. Refer to your owner's manual for specific instructions on removing and cleaning the filters.
• Use the recommended amount of dishwasher detergent, as too much can leave residue on dishes and too little won't clean them effectively. Choose a detergent appropriate for your water hardness.
• Periodically check for leaks, loose connections, or unusual noises. Address any issues promptly to avoid more serious problems later.

Delivery

• Our support and delivery staff will stay in touch with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
• The specific range of kilometers will determine the amount of the delivery charges.
• Handling charges are calculated based on the floor number of the delivery address.
• In the absence of a service lift, our delivery partner will only deliver to the ground floor of your unit. For delivery to the customer's floor in such circumstances, additional fees per floor are applicable (upon request).
• Weekend or time-specific deliveries are subject to additional fees.
