- After every use, turn off the microwave and unplug it from the socket.
- Don’t operate your microwave oven when it’s empty. Damage to your appliance can be caused when there’s no food or liquid to absorb the microwaves.
- Avoid using plastic dishware as it could damage the microwave.
Delivery
- Our support and delivery staff will stay in touch with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
- The specific range of kilometers will determine the amount of the delivery charges.
- Handling charges are calculated based on the floor number of the delivery address.
- In the absence of a service lift, our delivery partner will only deliver to the ground floor of your unit. For delivery to the customer's floor in such circumstances, additional fees per floor are applicable (upon request).
- Weekend or time-specific deliveries are subject to additional fees.
