Care Instructions

• Please do not use the dehumidifier and humidifier continuously for more than 12 hours. Please give a break for an hour before
• restarting to avoid the unit from malfunctioning or catching fire. Operation temperature : 5 °C – 35 °C.
• If the dehumidifier is run on continuous mode or drainage has been setup then using an external timer is mandatory which will ensure the machine gets proper rest and is not over-heated/over-worked. In this case the dehumidifier warranty will not apply and Origin will not be responsible in any consequences. In no event shall Origin be liable to the consumer for any direct, indirect, incidental and consequential damages or losses to any person/s or property.
• Pre-mesh filter, hepa and carbon filter can be cleaned once in 15 days. Pre-mesh filter can be cleaned with water and hepa/carbon filter can be cleaned using a vacuum cleaner or brush. Do not use water to clean hepa/carbon filters. Only in case of powder applications,clean the filter daily or weekly.
• For chemical application, please check with the sales representative if the machine is appropriate for usage.
• Servicing should be conducted only by authorized service technician.
• Refrain from overloading your power supply with multiple power plugs. Keep the dehumidifier away from flammable liquids.
• Avoid using the wire in wet or damp place. Always keep the unit at an up-right position to avoid water leakage, even during transit.

Delivery

• Our support and delivery staff will stay in touch with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
• Only the first delivery attempt to your shipping address is eligible for free delivery. If a customer misses this delivery, there will be an additional visiting fee for the subsequent attempt.
• In the absence of a service lift, our delivery partner will only deliver to the ground floor of your unit. For delivery to the customer's floor in such circumstances, additional fees per floor are applicable (upon request).
• Weekend or time-specific deliveries are subject to additional fees.
