- Our support and delivery staff will stay in touch with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
- The specific range of kilometres will determine the amount of the delivery charges.
- Handling charges are calculated based on the delivery address's floor number.
- In the absence of a service lift, our delivery partner will only deliver to the ground floor of your unit. For delivery to the customer's floor under such circumstances, additional fees per floor apply (upon request).
- Weekend or time-specific deliveries are subject to additional fees.
