Care Instructions
- Unplug the water dispenser before cleaning. This will help to prevent electrical shock.

- Descale the water dispenser regularly. Hard water can build up calcium and limescale deposits in the water dispenser, which can affect its performance. You can descale the water dispenser with a commercial descaling solution or a mixture of vinegar and water.
- Do not overload the water tank. Overloading can put stress on the water pump and shorten the lifespan of the water dispenser.
- Do not place hot food or beverages directly into the water dispenser. This can raise the temperature of the water and shorten the lifespan of the water pump.
- Keep the water dispenser in a clean and dry area. This will help to prevent the growth of mold and bacteria.
- If the water dispenser is not going to be used for an extended period of time, empty the water tank and unplug it. This will help to prevent the growth of mold and bacteria.

- The specific range of kilometers will determine the amount of the delivery charges.
- Handling charges are calculated based on the floor number of the delivery address.
- In the absence of a service lift, our delivery partner will only deliver to the ground floor of your unit. For delivery to the customer's floor in such circumstances, additional fees per floor are applicable (upon request).
- Weekend or time-specific deliveries are subject to additional fees.
