Description

Your A. O. Smith Intelli UV is now protected with Ultra Shield (US) and Silver Activated Post Carbon (SAPC) to safeguard your water from any possible contamination. Ultra shield (US) lters out even the smallest particles, while the ionized silver in the Silver Activated Post Carbon (SAPC) is a powerful anti-microbial agent, so your water passes through a silver based lter that prevents any microbial growth. Because impurity should have no place in your drinking water. Intelli UV is powered by India’s 1st Dual Pass UV Chamber, a unique design in which the water passes two times through an advanced high power 11W UV lamp, providing double UV purication and ensuring puried safe and healthy drinking water.

Care Instructions

  • Replace all the filters annually or at the max of 12 months.
  • Replace the RO membranes annually.
  • Sanitize the water storage tanks.
  • Make sure to clean and sanitize the pipes every 2 years.
  • Replace and buy any new parts when necessary.
  • Check the pressure nozzle at regular intervals.

Delivery

  • Our support and delivery staff will stay in touch with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
  • The specific range of kilometers will determine the amount of the delivery charges.
  • Handling charges are calculated based on the floor number of the delivery address.
  • In the absence of a service lift, our delivery partner will only deliver to the ground floor of your unit. For delivery to the customer's floor in such circumstances, additional fees per floor are applicable (upon request).
  • Weekend or time-specific deliveries are subject to additional fees.

Installation Details

  • Your product may or may not need installation assistance when delivered, depending on the delivery conditions.
    Please refrain from opening the box yourself or putting the product together. If the product is not unboxed or assembled by us, cancellations, returns, and warranties will not be valid.

If the prerequisite for delivery is:

  • Pre-assembled - No installation is needed because it is pre-assembled. The item is delivered assembled and prepared for usage.
  • Expert assembly - Expert assembly is necessary, and our team will send out carpenters to carry out the correct installation and assembly.
  • Basic assembly/DIY - The product only needs to be installed or assembled once, and this may be done by the client with the use of basic tools and the accompanying assembly instructions. No specialised help is required.
