Care Instructions
- External surfaces: Wipe clean with a damp cloth and then dry with a soft, dry cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cloths or strong chemical cleaners.
- Buckets/Liner: Remove from unit and clean with water and mild detergent.
- Wipe dry before replacing back into the unit.
Delivery
- Our support and delivery staff will stay in touch with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
- The specific range of kilometers will determine the amount of the delivery charges.
- Handling charges are calculated based on the floor number of the delivery address.
- In the absence of a service lift, our delivery partner will only deliver to the ground floor of your unit. For delivery to the customer's floor in such circumstances, additional fees per floor are applicable (upon request).
- Weekend or time-specific deliveries are subject to additional fees.
