Care Instructions

• Wash immediately after use. Stainless steel is non-porous, so it doesn't absorb food or drink particles. However, it's still important to wash your stainless steel containers immediately after use to prevent bacteria growth.
• Use mild dish soap and warm water. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers, as these can damage the finish of your stainless steel containers.
• Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. After washing, rinse your stainless steel containers thoroughly with clean water and dry them with a clean towel. This will help to prevent water spots and rust.
• Store in a dry place. When not in use, store your stainless steel containers in a dry place. This will help to prevent rust and other damage.

Delivery

• Our support and delivery staff will stay in touch with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
• The specific range of kilometers will determine the amount of the delivery charges.
• Handling charges are calculated based on the floor number of the delivery address.
• In the absence of a service lift, our delivery partner will only deliver to the ground floor of your unit. For delivery to the customer's floor in such circumstances, additional fees per floor are applicable (upon request).
• Weekend or time-specific deliveries are subject to additional fees.
